These Mobile Apps Terms of Use apply to Business Tax Prime mobile apps, including VehiclePath and any future app that links to these terms.

VehiclePath app

VehiclePath is a vehicle financial planning and educational tool. It helps users estimate vehicle affordability, buy-versus-lease tradeoffs, refinance scenarios, and payoff strategies based on user-entered assumptions.

VehiclePath calculations are estimates only. Results may differ from actual loan terms, lease terms, insurance premiums, taxes, fees, registration expenses, vehicle values, market conditions, lender decisions, and personal financial outcomes.

No professional advice

Business Tax Prime mobile apps, including VehiclePath, do not provide financial, legal, tax, lending, accounting, or insurance advice. App content, calculators, recommendations, educational explanations, and estimates are general planning tools only.

U.S. planning scope and disclaimer

VehiclePath is designed primarily for users in the United States and uses assumptions based on common U.S. financial guidelines and publicly available U.S. market data sources. The multilingual mobile app disclaimer is available on the Disclaimer page in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

No lender, broker, or approval service

VehiclePath is not a lender, broker, credit approval service, insurance quote service, or vehicle marketplace. The app does not provide loan approvals, pre-approvals, insurance quotes, offers, guarantees, or commitments from any financial institution or insurer.

No client relationship

Downloading, opening, or using a Business Tax Prime mobile app does not create a client, advisor, fiduciary, tax preparer, accounting, insurance, or professional relationship with Business Tax Prime, LLC. A formal professional relationship begins only when both parties agree to engagement terms in writing.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for independently verifying important financial decisions. Before making a vehicle purchase, lease, refinance, payoff, tax, insurance, or business decision, consult qualified professionals and official sources as appropriate.

Third-party services and app stores

Business Tax Prime mobile apps may reference third-party platforms, data sources, app stores, or other resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

If you download a Business Tax Prime mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, your download and use may also be subject to the applicable app store terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app's content, calculations, support, or claims, except as required by their applicable platform terms.

Intellectual property

Business Tax Prime names, branding, app content, designs, text, graphics, calculators, and related materials are owned by Business Tax Prime, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Business Tax Prime, LLC is not responsible for damages arising from use of mobile apps, reliance on estimates, reliance on general information, third-party services, or decisions made without a formal professional engagement.

No warranties

Business Tax Prime mobile apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that an app, calculation, information, or third-party link will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs.
