Summary

Business Tax Prime mobile apps are designed to collect as little information as possible. Current Business Tax Prime mobile apps, including VehiclePath, do not collect personal information, require an account, sell data, use advertising identifiers, or transmit user-entered planning data to Business Tax Prime servers.

Current mobile apps covered

This policy applies to Business Tax Prime mobile apps, including VehiclePath and any future apps that link to this policy. If a specific app has different privacy practices, its app store listing and this page will be updated before those practices are released.

Data collection

VehiclePath does not collect data from users. It is designed as an offline-first planning calculator. User-entered scenarios are stored locally on the user's device.

Local app data

Business Tax Prime mobile apps may store app data locally on your device so app features work properly. In VehiclePath, local app data may include vehicle-planning assumptions such as amounts, rates, loan terms, income estimates, debt estimates, insurance estimates, fuel estimates, maintenance estimates, and saved scenario names. This information is used only inside the app to calculate estimates and restore saved scenarios.

No accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking in current release

VehiclePath does not require account registration, does not include advertising, does not use tracking for advertising, and does not send analytics or crash reports to Business Tax Prime in the current release.

Sharing

If you use your device's share feature from a Business Tax Prime mobile app, your device may open third-party sharing options. You control what is shared and which app receives it. Third-party apps and services have their own privacy practices.

U.S. planning scope

VehiclePath is designed primarily for U.S. vehicle buyers and owners. Calculations and estimates are based on common U.S. financing practices, vehicle ownership assumptions, and publicly available market data. Results are estimates only and should be used for planning purposes, not as financial advice.

Children's privacy

Business Tax Prime mobile apps are not intended for children under 13. Because VehiclePath does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through that app.

Future changes

If a future app or app version adds analytics, crash reporting, accounts, cloud backup, advertising, or other networked features, this policy and the applicable app store disclosures will be updated before those features are released.

Business Tax Prime services are separate

Business Tax Prime, LLC separately provides accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, insurance referral, business, and technology-related services. Those business services may involve client information and are covered by the general Business Tax Prime Privacy Policy at https://BusinessTaxPrime.com/privacy.html.
